Play Button Does Not Work When Trying To Play A Blu-ray Disc

Question:

Why can't I use the PLAY button to start the movie when using my Blu-ray player?

Answer:

When the menu screen appears while playing a Blu-ray disc, the PLAY button cannot be used to start the movie. You must use the arrow buttons on the remote control to select "Play Movie" and then press the Enter button to start. This is not a defect and is normal operation for all Blu-ray Players.

Terms:

Play Movie - An option on the menu screen to start watching the movie you inserted.
