Question:

 How to check the firmware version of my Blu-ray player?

 

Answer:

  1. Power on the Television and make sure it’s tuned to the input to where your Blu-ray player is connected. For example, if the Blu-ray player is connected to HDMI 1 press the TV input/source/line button on the TV remote to tune your TV to HDMI 1.
  2. Power on the Blu-ray player and wait for the home menu to display.
  1. Press the Eject button on the Blu-ray remote and wait for the disc tray to eject.
  2. Press and hold the Info button the BD remote, the firmware version is displayed to the right of S/W. For example, the S/W below is 1005.0
  1. Press the Eject button to close the disc tray and exit the System Version screen.
