Why can't my Blu-ray Player play YouTube videos? It just shows the loading sign. What can I do to fix this problem?

Answer:

If the Youtube function on your Blu-ray Player shows the loading sign but does not play any videos, this is caused by an upgrade to Youtube. Downloading the newest firmware for your Player (Ver. 2.15) will resolve this issue. To learn where to obtain the newest firmware, follow the steps below.

1. Go to www.samsung.com/support.
2. Type your model number into the search bar and click on Find Product ▶.

3. Click on Get downloads ▶ under the Downloads header.

4. Click on the Firmware Tab.

5. There are two ways to download the newest firmware from this page. You can download the firmware to a Flash Drive and connect the Flash Drive to the USB port of the player or copy the file to a CD. Choose your preferred method and click on the download button shown highlighted in red in the image below.
