should I do if the Network Test is successful but Internet@TV doesn't load or
gets stuck on the loading screen?
Answer:
If
the Network Test is successful and you are able to select Internet@TV from the home menu but Internet@TV does not
load, or gets 'stuck' on the loading screen, this indicates the server is temporarily
down for maintenance. Please try again later.

If
the Network Test is successful but you do not receive the
two Privacy and General Terms screens when launching Internet@TV for the first
time, this indicates the server is temporarily down for maintenance. The main Internet@TV menu loads with a prompt
to ‘connect to the internet…’ but no connection can be made when the server
is down.
