Unable To Connect To Netflix, But Other Network Or Online Features Work Fine

If you are able to access all other network features except for Netflix you may see the following error messages:

  • Unable to connect to Netflix, Netflix Service is temporarily unavailable
  • Please select another title, Title not available, or Retrieving title
  • Network connection failed (or simply hangs), Unstable connection

These errors may be caused by the following:

  • Blu-ray Player/Router/Modem/Dongle are not communicating properly
  • Netflix Account needs to be reactivated
  • Router/Modem need a Firmware Update
  • Router/Modem need a Firewall to be removed or edited
  • Router/Modem need more Bandwidth
