Question:
How
to deactivate and reactivate a Netflix account using a PC when experiencing
playback issues on a Samsung Blu-ray player?
Answer:
When you stream a movie from Netflix, your Blu-ray player
and the Netflix server are in constant communication, either establishing connections,
verifying user registration information or obtaining DRM licenses for movie
playback. If your account is not setup
or registered properly you may encounter playback problems when attempting to
load the Netflix service or attempting to play movie titles.
Important:
- These steps require a
PC connected to the internet.
- In this procedure you will deactivate and then reactivate your
Netflix account.
