 The IP Address, Subnet, Gateway, DNS Server test may fail due to the following:

  • A defective Ethernet cable.
  • Incorrect Network information in the Player.
  • Router settings.

To test whether your Ethernet cable is functioning properly, try connecting the Player with a different cable. If the test passes with the new cable, the original cable was defective. If the test continues to fail, click the link below to continue troubleshooting.
