showing up in the available networks?
Answer:
Power
cycling a network helps to refresh the network and can clear up many problems
a customer is having.
To
power cycle a customers network follow
the steps below.
- Unplug
the modem and router. Power off the Blu-ray Player and remove the Wireless USB Adapter
(Dongle). Allow all devices to remain unplugged for 30 seconds.
- Plug
the modem first and allow it to power on completely. Wait for all
indicator lights to light up.

- Plug in
the router. Again, wait for all indicator lights to light up.

- After
both the modem and router are completely powered up, turn on the Blu-ray
Player and attempt to connect to the network again.
