How to connect a DVD player to your TV using Component A/V cables?

 

Answer:

 To connect a DVD player to your TV using Component A/V cables, follow these steps:

  1. Connect one end of the Component video (green, blue, and red) and audio (red and white) cables to the video and audio COMPONENT OUT jacks on the player.
  2. Connect the other end of the Component video (green, blue, and red) and audio (red and white) cables to the video and audio jacks (COMPONENT IN) jacks on your TV. See illustration below.
  1. Press the SOURCE button on your TV's remote and select the COMPONENT source.
