PROBLEM 1: How Much Laundry Can I Put in My Washer?

SOLUTION 1: It Depends on the Situation

Because there are so many different garments and fabric types, it is impossible to give an exact number of garments that can be placed in the washing machine.

A general rule of thumb for all model washers is:

  • The maximum size for a load is 2/3 full
  • A medium to large load is 1/2 full
  • A small load of laundry is 1/3 full

Example: A conventional 4.0 Cubic Ft.washer can hold 23, 24" x 44" bath towels. The Samsung WF448 and WF438 can hold 28, 24" x 44" bath towels.

PROBLEM 2: How Do I Change the Load Size?

SOLUTION 2: No Action Required

Samsung washers automatically sense the size of the load, and there is no action required on your part!
