To see what firmware updates are available for your TV, visit our download center and enter in your model number, and then select the firmware section. Click on "Upgrade file" underneath "Description" for a summary of what the firmware does. For instructions on updating your TV to the latest firmware, click on the method you would like to use below.

Note: If the "Firmware" option does not appear then there is no firmware update for your TV. If there is no firmware update then the issue you are experiencing cannot be resolved by firmware click here to return to the beginning of the guide or click here to begin the service process.
