Question:

What should I do if I encounter an error code on my TV during network functions? How can I troubleshoot different error codes?

Answer:

There are several steps you can follow to address error codes appearing on your TV during network functions:

1. Error Codes (Verified)(155598) 1.bmp

Important: If the error code does not appear in a box like in the image above, or is on listed in the chart below,  it is possible that the error message is not from the TV but the connected external device;

  1. Have the customer take a picture and send it to,casvc15@samsung.com
  2. Have the customer contact their external devices manufacturer for further assistance.

If the error code is generated by the TV, not an external device, it should look something like the above image. It will be in a box that resembles the same menu style that the TV uses. Below you will find a chart with the most common error codes, what they indicate, and possible solutions.
