I Am Using Composite AV Cables And My Image Is Black And White

Question:

My TV shows a black and white image when using composite AV cables (red, white, and yellow). What should I do?

If you have connected composite AV cables (red, white, and yellow) and you see a black and white image, you may have connected the cables to the wrong input. The Component 2 input cannot accept a composite signal. You must connect the composite cables to Component 1 for your picture to come in properly.

Note: Some TVs have a composite AV input on the side of the TV. You can use that input instead of Component 1, if your TV has that side input.
