player, cable box, etc.), perform a menu test. To perform a menu test, follow
these steps:
- Turn the TV on.
- Press MENU on the TV remote, or on the TV itself.
- If you see the whole menu, the
screen issue is caused by the source device. Contact the manufacturer
of that device.
- If you do not see the whole menu,
the screen issue is
caused by your TV, and you need to have
the TV serviced. To
