If the customer is complaining that their picture is shifted to on side and they are missing part of the image then follow these steps;

1. Have the customer run a picture test, for instructions click here to read "How To Perform A Self Diagnosis"
• If the customer passes the picture test continue troubleshooting below.
• If the customer fails the picture test set the customers unit up for service.

2. Find out where the incoming signal is from, click below on the customers signal source.
