If
you are receiving the message "Not Available" or "Not Available
In Current Mode", this means your TV is receiving a command to perform
an action that is not available with the current input or setting.
Example:
Attempting to raise or lower the volume when the TVs speakers are disabled.
To
determine exactly what is happening follow these steps.
- With
your TV powered on press the MENU
button on your remote to enter the Main Menu.

- Use
the ▲ or ▼ arrow to select the Sound section of the Main Menu, and then
press ENTER.

- Use
the ▲ or ▼ arrow to select the "Speaker Select". If "Speaker Select"
is set to "External" press ENTER
and use the ▲ or ▼ arrow to select "TV Speaker". Press EXIT
to leave the Main Menu. If you see the volume wheel appear on TV raising
or lowering the volume continually click

TV is not continually raising or lowering the volume continue to Step 4.
- This
error message is being caused by some type of internal error and your TV
will need service. Please click on "Create Online Service" button
below to begin the service process.
