 How can the customer fix the "USB Power Overload" issue when nothing is plugged in?

Answer:

Instruct the customer to update the firmware on their TV using one of the following methods:

Network Method:

On the remote control, press the 'Home' button.

Select 'Settings'.

Choose 'Support'.

Select 'Software Update'.

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

USB Thumb Drive:

Download the firmware file from the manufacturer's website (SAP).

Save the file onto a USB thumb drive.

Insert the USB thumb drive into the TV's USB port.

On the remote control, press the 'Home' button.

Select 'Settings'.

Choose 'Support'.

Select 'Software Update'.

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

Email from SAP:

Open the email containing the firmware file sent by the manufacturer (SAP).

Download the file onto a computer.

Transfer the downloaded file to a USB thumb drive.

Insert the USB thumb drive into the TV's USB port.

On the remote control, press the 'Home' button.

Choose 'Support'.
