To determine what troubleshooting path to take if you have no audio, turn the TV on, and then press [Volume +] on the TV remote. The screen will display one of the following:

  • A "Not Available" message.
  • The volume bar.

Instructions for each scenario are below. Click on scenario that matches what happened when you pressed the volume bar.

  I See A "Not Available" Message On My Screen
