Question:

No Audio - What to Do?

Answer:

First, try increasing the volume on your TV.

If there's still no audio, run a self-diagnostic test on your TV. Follow the provided instructions.

If the test is successful, your TV speakers are functioning properly.

Note: If you're using HDMI/DVI ports and experiencing no audio, follow additional steps found here.

Ensure your MTS setting is on "Stereo" when using the TV's internal tuner. For more information on MTS issues, see this link.

If using different sources like HDMI, Component, or Composite, contact the external device manufacturer for support.

If neither device produces sound from the TV speakers, your TV needs servicing. Begin the service process by clicking the "Create Online Service Request" button.
