I Still Do Not Hear Any Audio
Cyber Cyber

Question:

What should I do if I'm not hearing any audio despite increasing the volume?

Answer:

Test if there's audio from a different source (e.g., game system, DVD player, VCR).

If using HDMI/DVI port on TV and analog connection (DVI/PC input), follow this link for more instructions.

For TV internal tuner users, ensure MTS is set to "Stereo"; read about MTS issues here.

If you hear sound from TVs speakers when connected to a secondary device, contact the original device's manufacturer for help.

If there's no sound from TVs speakers with either device, the TV needs servicing. Start the service process by clicking "Create Online Service Request."
