Download the firmware update from the download center using a USB thumb drive.

Insert the USB thumb drive into your TV's USB port to install the update.

Updating firmware means installing a new, better version of this software.

If your firmware is already updated (version 1011.3 or higher), continue troubleshooting your audio issues.
