    Question:

What should I do if my TV has a picture problem?

    Answer:

First, power off your TV and unplug it from the power outlet for one minute.

After waiting for one minute, plug your TV back into the power outlet.

Perform a Self Diagnosis test to check if the issue is with the TV or an external device (e.g., cable box). Refer to the manual or online support for instructions.

If the picture problem appears during the Self Diagnosis test, update your TV's firmware to fix the issue.

If the problem doesn't show up during the Self Diagnosis test, the issue is likely with your external device. Contact the manufacturer of the external device for troubleshooting assistance.

In case the Self Diagnosis points to a TV problem and updating the firmware doesn't help, your TV requires servicing.
