How to troubleshoot when
a TV shows no signal?
Answer

- Check if the customer
has a satellite receiver or cable box connected to the TV.
- If yes, ask for the
type of connection between the devices (HDMI, component, composite).
- If unsure, ask the customer
to press the INFO button on the Samsung TV remote.

- If the INFO button shows
CABLE (X), instruct the customer to use the SOURCE button on the Samsung
TV remote to cycle through input sources until they find the feed from the
satellite box or cable box.
- In case of issues with
audio and video feeds when using an HDMI connection with a cable or satellite
box, recommend using a component connection instead, or advising the customer
to update their cable or satellite box's HDMI firmware to version 1.4.
