Answer:
Web browser in TV is meant to be used as a
regular browser; however, it has some limitation when comes to input text.
Symptom: A customer tried to start a new line while
writing an e-mail in website like Gmail (www.gmail.com) using the web browser, but cannot do it
using the On-Screen Keyboard.

1- Explanation: Web Browser in TV is different from Web
Browser in PC. Also, the “ENTER” button on the On-Screen Keyboard (OSKB) is
meant to complete the text inputting.
2- Requirements: An external wireless keyboard is required to
properly complete this task.
External
Keyboard: Samsung
wireless BT keyboards, model: VG-KBD1500
and VG-KBD1000.
DEVICES: SMART HUB
SUPPORTED BLU-RAY DISC PLAYER/BD-HOME THEATRE SYSTEM.
3- Solution: To begin a new line, change the “EXT AREA”
type to “PLAIN TEXT” and press the CTRL” and “ENTER” keys on an external keyboard (like the Samsung wireless keyboards
VG-KBD1500 and VG-KBD1000) at the same time.
Note: To change “TEXT AREA” type to “PLAIN
TEXT”, click the “PLAIN TEXT” button as shown below:

Then Press the “CTRL” and “ENTER” Keys at the same time on the external
keyboard to change line:

Then you will obtain a second line to
continue typing as shown below:
