If the TV begins scanning for a network and then abruptly exits the menu there is an internal issue with the television.

Confirm that the TV is scanning an abruptly exiting the menu not scanning and returning with no Wi-Fi networks.
Try factory resetting the TV.
If a firmware update is available update the TV.

If none of these options resolve the issue the TV requires service.
