PROBLEM:

Locating the Ice Maker Master Switch (Dual Ice Maker Refrigerators)

SOLUTION A:

 Before Troubleshooting

Ensure both ice makers are turned on. If either "Ice Off" icon is lit, turn on the corresponding ice maker.

Newly installed refrigerators require 24 hours to cool and produce ice. Wait before checking for issues.

SOLUTION B:

Resetting the Upper Ice Maker

Remove the ice bucket by pulling its release lever toward you.

Locate the upper lip on the ice maker.

Use your index finger to slide right along the lip.

Continue sliding around the corner until you find the reset button (on the right side).

Press and hold the reset button for 8 seconds.

Allow 5 minutes for the reset cycle; normal ice production will resume.

*If no ice is produced within 24 hours, contact customer service.

SOLUTION C:

Resetting the Lower Ice Maker

Pull the freezer drawer all the way out and lift it up to remove.

Locate the reset button on the lower ice maker.

Press and hold the reset button for 8 seconds.
