What should I do if my refrigerator's center hinged flap does not close properly?

Answer:

• Does the French assy(bar/flap) meet the top support.
• Were the doors removed from delivery. If so, customer should contact them back as the shims fell or where not re-installed properly.
• Were the  door leveled ( c-clips come with the unit to level). Level/raise  the door as per instructions in user manual
