PROBLEM :

Vibration Issues After Initial Installation

SOLUTION :

Level the Machine and Adjust For Vibration

If your washer vibrates too much after installation, please follow these steps:

  1. Turn the feet all the way up (back and front), but do not lock them.
  1. Level the washing machine on all four sides.
  1. Once the machine is level, do a spin test (spin only, or rinse and spin). Close the door and start a Rinse and Spin cycle.

  2. After about 7 minutes, the machine will begin to rev up to a higher RPM. At this point, begin adjusting the legs accordingly. Adjust them little by little until the vibration stops.

  3. The locking nut should be flush up against the bottom of your washer when fully tightened.

  4. The machine may still have a small amount of vibration between 150 and 400 RPM (slow RPM). This is normal.

NOTE:
The tub will vibrate, but the entire washer itself should not.
