PROBLEM :
Vibration Issues After Initial Installation
SOLUTION :
Level the Machine and Adjust For Vibration
If your washer vibrates too much after installation, please follow these steps:
- Turn the feet all the way up (back and front), but do not lock them.
- Level the washing machine on all four sides.
- Once the machine is level, do a spin test (spin only, or rinse and spin). Close the door and start a Rinse and Spin cycle.
- After about 7 minutes, the machine will begin to rev up to a higher RPM. At this point, begin adjusting the legs accordingly. Adjust them little by little until the vibration stops.

- The locking nut should be flush up against the bottom of your washer when fully tightened.

- The machine may still have a small amount of vibration between 150 and 400 RPM (slow RPM). This is normal.
NOTE: The tub will vibrate, but the entire washer itself should not. |
