Buttons Are Not Working

PROBLEM 1:

Nothing Happens When Pressing Buttons

SOLUTION 1:

If the buttons on your panel are not working, please perform the following steps:

  1. If your panel shows the Child Lock icon lit or flashing, this is probably why the panel isn't responding. Press and hold the two Child Lock buttons to disable Child Lock mode. If the icon flashes instead of going away, press and hold the two Child Lock buttons again.
  2. Check for moisture in the panel. Moisture in the panel is normal, especially if the washer is in a humid location. However, too much moisture can prevent the buttons from sensing your touch. Allow the panel to dry and try again.
  3. Unplug the washer and turn off its power at the circuit breaker for 60 seconds. Plug it back in, restore its power, and then try again.

If the buttons still do not work, service is required.

PROBLEM 2:

Stuck Buttons

SOLUTION 2:

Service Is Required

If the buttons on your control panel are stuck, your washer will require service.
