This is normal. The length of time that the
washer stays on and displays '0' after the cycle is finished will denpend on
the Model of the washer and the Cycle selected.
- Advise customer to try different cyles
and compare the length of time washer stays on and displays '0' after
cycle is finished

WF448* - 10 years old front load, Spin
only cycle, the 0 display stays on for around 5 minutes and then off automatically.
WF45M5* - around 3 years old front load, Rinse
Spin cycle, the 0 display turns off automatically right after the melody
ends.
WA54R7* - 2019 top load, Spin only cycle, the
0 display stays on for around 1 hour and then off automatically.
