You can add goals (or "Targets") in Samsung Health to help you

insights with personalized information to help you reach your health goals quickly
and easily.

1. Navigate to your desired tracker.
- Open Samsung Health on your phone. Tap your desired tracker on the Home
tab (Weight, Water, etc.).
2. Adjust the tracker's settings.
- Tap More Options, and then tap Set target. Adjust your target based
on your needs.
3. View the tracker.
- Your target saves automatically, and you can view it on Samsung Health's
dashboard whenever you want.
