PROBLEM 1:
Unable to Sync Calendar on the Phone
SOLUTION 1:
If your calendar information from a certain account is not syncing to the Samsung Calendar app on your phone, please perform the following:
- Navigate to the Calendar app. Tap Menu (the three horizontal lines) on the upper left side. Under Calendars, you will see a list of accounts and their available calendars. If your desired account is available, tap the Down arrow next to it. Make sure your calendar has been selected.
- If your desired account is not listed, the account is not available and you may need to log into it. To do this, tap the Settings icon to the upper right side of the Calendar's Menu. Tap Add new account, select your desired type of account, and then use the on-screen prompts to add your account to the Calendar app.
- If this still doesn't work, you'll need to force stop the Calendar app's data. Navigate to the phone's main Settings page, tap Apps, and then select Calendar. Tap Force stop, and then tap OK. Next, tap Storage. Tap Clear data, and then tap OK.
