Solution:

Check if software update is available

1. Open Settings.
    
2. Scroll down to Software update.
    
3. Tap on Software update.
    
4. Tap on Download and install 

The software update feature enables you to use your phone to connect to the network and upload any new phone software directly to your phone:

1. First, check the current software version. Navigate to Settings, and then tap About phone. Tap Software information; the current software version will appear on this screen. Check to ensure that the last three characters of Baseband Version and Build Number match. If they do not, the update did not successfully complete.
   
   
2. Set up a service request. If a newer software version is available but cannot be obtained through FOTA, sending in a device could be the solution. Some carrier service locations may be able to perform a software update. However, it is important to call a service location to ensure they have this capability.
