I Cannot See Profile Pictures In Contacts Anymore

SOLUTION 1:

If you cannot see profile pictures in Contacts after updating to Oreo (Android 8.0), there is no need for concern.

The policy for profile sharing was changed beginning with the Oreo OS. Previously the in Nougat OS, customers could use profile sharing regardless of logging in to their Samsung Account. Starting from Oreo OS, customers must register and sign in to their Samsung Account to use Profile Sharing features.

If you have not signed in to your Samsung Account on your device, please sign in now.

If your device is already signed in to your Samsung Account and Profile Sharing information does not show properly, make sure it is turned on. Navigate to and open the Contact apps. Tap More options (the three vertical dots), and then tap the switch at the top of the screen.
