Audio Stops Playing On Samsung Mobile Devices Or Accessories

Problem:

 Audio stops playing on Samsung mobile devices or accessories.

 

Solution:

Check device's operating system version - If using Android 9.0 (Pie), update the sleeping apps settings to prevent audio playback from stopping when device or app goes to sleep.

Open Settings > Apps > Select App > Battery

Turn on switch next to 'Allow background activity'

Alternatively, go to Settings > Sleeping apps > Select App > Battery > Turn on switch next to 'Allow background activity'

Note: Select which music apps can run in the background to prevent app from sleeping or pausing music.
