PROBLEM:

Unable to power up completely after Pie OS update.

SOLUTION:

During the Pie OS update, if the device gets stuck at 28% and resets a few seconds later, it may require service.

In this situation, the Home binary needs to be downloaded onto the device by a certified technician at an authorized service center (ASC).

Once the Home binary is successfully downloaded, the customer's data will remain intact, and there will be no loss of data.
