Fingerprint Popup Appears When I Restart Or Enter The Fingerprint Menu

PROBLEM:

Fingerprint Popup Appears When I Restart Or Enter The Fingerprint Menu

SOLUTION:

Do not be alarmed by the popup message asking you to re-register your fingerprints after a software update. This is due to improved fingerprint recognition in the latest update.

Remove all registered fingerprints from your device. This will trigger the installation of the new fingerprint recognition update.

After the update is installed, re-register your fingerprints following the on-screen instructions.

If you encounter issues with fingerprint registration or scanning after the update, check any screen covers, protective films, or cases you're using. These might interfere with the fingerprint sensor.

For optimal security, consider using your device without certain front covers, regardless of their form.
