PROBLEM :

I Cannot Clear The Notification That Recommends To Register Fingerprints Again

SOLUTION :

Do not be alarmed if you cannot clear the notification that says to register your fingerprints again.

• For devices with optical fingerprint sensors, fingerprint recognition has been improved in the latest software update.
  
  
• For better and more secure recognition, we strongly recommend that you remove all your fingerprints and register them again.
  
  
• Once you remove all registered fingerprints, the new update for fingerprint recognition will be installed.
  
  
• We highly recommend installing the update because it contains important improvements to your fingerprint scanner and the notification cannot be removed until all registered fingerprints have been deleted.
  
  
• After the update, you may not be able to register or scan your fingerprints if you use a screen cover with a bumped or dotted pattern including dome glass, protective covers, third-party protective film, or thick protective films in addition to a silicone cover.
  
  
• For security enhancements, please use your device without the front cover regardless of the front cover's form.
