Problem:
Clothes Are Not Clean
Solution:
Use the correct cycle and settings for your
laundry. Consult the manufacturer label on each item and refer to the fabric
care chart in your user manual. Sort items accordingly and avoid mixing different
fabrics requiring different settings.
Use the proper amount of High Efficiency (HE)
Detergent and be cautious with fabric softeners. Avoid exceeding the MAX line
and read manufacturer instructions for both detergent and clothing labels.
Pre-treat and pre-soak heavily soiled garments.
Address stains immediately or keep them submerged in water with a small amount
of detergent until treatment is possible.
Ensure proper load sizes. Overloading or underloading
can negatively impact cleaning performance.
Check if your washer is levelled. An unlevel
washer can lead to dispensing issues or reduced spin speed due to vibrations.
Refer to the leveling guide provided by your washer's manufacturer.
Calibrate your washer using the following steps:
Remove everything from the washer.
Simultaneously press and hold Temp. and Delay
End for 3 seconds until Cb appears on the display.
Press Start/Pause. The tub will rotate back
and forth for 1 to 3 minutes, then display En, End, or 0, then turn off. The
washer is now calibrated.
Note: On some models, you need to perform calibration
while the washer is already running. On others, you start with the washer off,
hold the two buttons, and then touch Power to turn on the washer while holding
the buttons.
