Activate HRM on a Samsung washing machine

Solution :

AGENT ONLY - Use Home Appliance Remote Management (HRM) to remotely connect to the customer's washing machine and provide remote diagnostics to easily pinpoint their issue without having to walk them through all the steps. Supported models include WV55M9600A, WV60M9900A, and WV54M8750A.

Advise the customer to touch and hold START/PAUSE and Smart Control until the PIN appears on the display.

Note: For the FlexWash washing machine, the control panel on the lower machine must be used. However, HRM will still access information for both washing machines.
