Verify battery warranty: Check Proof of Purchase (PoP) receipt to confirm if the battery is still under warranty. Samsung provides warranty coverage if the battery capacity drops below 80% of its rated capacity.

Provide PoP receipt: For all warranty exchanges involving accessories, a proof of purchase receipt is mandatory.
