PROBLEM :

Lost or Accidentally Deleted Pictures on Phone

SOLUTION :

The Gallery app on your phone now has a Trash feature that is like the Recycle bin or Trash folder on your computer. It will store your deleted photos or videos, just in case you deleted one by accident. But just as a warning, the photos will be deleted permanently after 30 days.

First, you will need to activate the Trash feature if you have not already. Open the Gallery app, and navigate to an image you want to delete. Tap the Trash icon to delete it, and then tap Move to Trash to confirm.

To view photos and videos in the Trash, navigate to the Gallery app. Tap More options (the three vertical dots), and then tap Trash. If you want to restore a picture, select it and then tap the Restore icon. It looks like a twisted arrow. The picture will now appear in your Gallery again.

To delete media forever, tap Empty, and then tap Empty Trash to confirm.
