My Blu-ray home theater system keeps turning off and on by itself. What should I do?

 

Answer:

Our records show that there is a known issue affecting certain Blu-ray home theater systems, including yours (model numbers starting with HT-J4500, HT-J5xxx, or HT-JM5xx), produced between 2015 and 2018. This issue causes the system to repeatedly turn on and off without stopping.
