If you have a microSD card in your phone, it lets you expand memory space and exchange pictures, music, or data with microSD compatible devices.
Note: Samsung Android phones do not support the Adoptable storage feature. Not all phone models support microSD cards.

- microSD: Up to 2GB;
- microSDHC: High Capacity, up to 32GB;
- microSDXC: Extended Capacity, over 32GB
up to 2TB.
Recommended for high-res video recording.
PROBLEM 2
Inserting the microSD card
SOLUTION 2
Eject the tray using the ejector tool provided,
placing the microSD card into the larger opening, and reinsert the tray.
PROBLEM 3
Transferring media to a microSD card
SOLUTION 3
Move or copy desired files using the My Files
app, navigating to the SD card location after inserting the microSD card.
PROBLEM 4
Moving apps to the microSD card
SOLUTION 4
Ensure an inserted microSD card is present.
Navigate to Settings > Apps > select
app > Storage > Change > SD Card, then move the app.
Not all apps can be moved.
PROBLEM 5
Removing the microSD card
SOLUTION 5
Unmount the card by going to Settings > Search
> Storage > More options > Storage settings > Unmount,
then safely eject the card using the ejector tool.
