Samsung Phone Will Not Charge

Question:

What should I do if my Samsung phone won't charge?

Answer:

First, check your phone for any physical or liquid damage, and clean the USB connections if necessary.

Securely insert the USB cable into both the charging port on your phone and the charger.

If your battery is removable, take it out for 30 seconds. For non-removable batteries, skip this step.

Reinsert the battery (if applicable) and connect the charger to a power source. Leave it plugged in for at least 1 hour. It may take up to 10 minutes for the charging indicator to appear.

After an hour, disconnect the charger and press the Power key for 15-20 seconds to turn on your phone.

If the problem still isn't fixed, try using a different charger (optional).

If the issue continues even after trying a different charger, contact customer support or request service.
