Problem 1:
Phone or tablet will not power on
Solution 1:
Check for damage - verify phone/tablet, charger,
and USB cable have no physical or liquid damage. Check USB connections for corrosion
and bent pins. Inspect LDI stickers in SIM and microSD card tray slots. Secure
USB cable in charging port.
Soft reboot - press and hold Power and Volume
Down keys until device restarts. If entering Maintenance Boot Mode, highlight
Normal Boot and select it.
Charge device - use factory travel charger
for at least 1 hour. Wait 10 min for charging indicator.
Power on - disconnect charger, press and hold
Power key for 15-20 sec. If it turns on, charge it fully; otherwise, contact
support.
Problem 2:
Phone or tablet will not power off
Solution 2:
Force shut down - press and hold Power and
Volume Down keys until phone/tablet shuts down. If entering Maintenance Boot
Mode, highlight Normal Boot and select it.
