PROBLEM:

Screen turns off while using Galaxy phone or tablet

SOLUTION:

Adjust screen timeout settings

Go to Settings > Display > Screen timeout

Select desired time limit (15s - 10min)

Enable Smart stay feature

Go to Settings > Advanced features > Smart stay

Turn on the switch
