Back up data with Samsung Cloud 
  
Solution 1: 
Sync your data 
Steps: 
    - Go to Settings > Accounts and 
    backup > Samsung Cloud
 
    - Tap More options (three vertical dots) 
    > Settings
 
    - Tap Sync and auto backup settings > Sync 
    tab
 
    - Turn on/off auto sync for desired apps 
    (e.g., Contacts, Calendar)
 
    - To manually sync, tap Sync now
 
    - For auto back up, enable under Auto back 
    up tab
 
 
  
Solution 2: 
Create a backup and restore your data 
Backup steps: 
    - Go to Settings > Accounts and 
    backup > Samsung Cloud
 
    - Tap Back up this phone
 
    - Choose content to back up or tap Select 
    all
 
    - Tap Back up
 
    - Wait for completion, then tap Done
 
 
  
Restore steps: 
    - Go to Settings > Accounts and 
    backup > Backup and restore
 
    - Tap Restore data
 
    - Select desired device and content to restore
 
    - Tap Restore
 
    - Follow on-screen instructions to download 
    backup data if needed
 
 
  
Solution 3: 
Sync your photos from Gallery 
Steps: 
    - Open Gallery app
 
    - Tap More options (three vertical dots) 
    > Cloud sync
 
    - Agree to Terms and Service
 
    - Tap Connect > Connect accounts
 
    - Sign in with Microsoft account
 
    - Accept connection info
 
    - Select free option > Get 10GB 
    for free for 1 year > Accept
 
    - Tap Done; photos and videos will now sync 
    with OneDrive
 
    - Download files from OneDrive app or website 
    when needed
