Lost or stolen phone

Question:

What should I do if I lose my phone?

Answer:

If you have misplaced your phone, first try to find it using the Find My Mobile service. This service is available for Samsung users but may not work with all carriers. Follow these steps:

Visit the Find My Mobile website.

Sign in with your Samsung Account associated with the lost phone.

Select the device you need to locate from the list of connected devices.

If the device is powered on and has an active internet connection, its last known location will be displayed.

To track a moving device, enable the 'Track Location' feature and receive updates every 15 minutes until you find your phone. Remember to disable this feature when you're done.

In case the above method fails, you might need to purchase a new phone.
