Answer:

  • Samsung is aware of this symptom that users may experience on Samsung Notes V4.0.03.28 and Samsung is scheduled to release an improved Samsung Notes application  soon to resolve this symptom. If you delete the Samsung Notes application when  note files aren't opened, saved note files may be deleted. Thus, ensure not to delete the application.
  • Samsung encourages all users to keep software and applications up to date at all times. Therefore, please check for updates to your device SW and applications regularly via the FOTA.
